1. Who is responsible for your data?

Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable individual, including a name, contact details, identification number, location data or an online identifier.

2. Data we process

We process data you provide to us and data obtained when fulfilling your order. This includes identification and contact details and information necessary to enter into and perform the sales contract: your name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number, order details and payment-related information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process data to handle your order, deliver goods and fulfil the rights and obligations arising from our contract with you. Providing the necessary order data is a requirement for entering into and performing that contract; we cannot fulfil an order without it.

Where applicable, we process data for direct marketing, including commercial communications and newsletters, on the basis of a legitimate interest where legally permitted, or on the basis of consent where required, including where there has been no prior order. You may object to direct marketing or withdraw your consent.

We do not carry out automated individual decision-making of the kind described in the applicable data protection legislation.

4. Retention

Contractual data is retained for the period needed to exercise contractual rights and obligations and associated claims, specified as 15 years after the contractual relationship ends.

Where marketing processing relies on consent, data is retained until consent is withdrawn, for no longer than 15 years. After the relevant retention period ends, the data is deleted.

5. Recipients and service providers

Data may be shared with providers involved in supplying goods and services, processing payments, operating the shop and its technical systems, accounting and, where applicable, marketing services. Depending on the fulfilment of your order, delivery information may be handled by the relevant carrier or fulfilment provider.

Where applicable, mailing service providers outside the EU may receive personal data. Any applicable international data transfer requirements must be observed.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability. You may object to processing where applicable and withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe your rights have been infringed, including the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

7. Security

The controller uses appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including password protection and backups for electronic records and safeguards for paper records. Access is limited to authorised persons.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy and publish the revised version on this website. Where appropriate, we will also notify customers by email using the address they supplied.

This policy provides information about processing your data. Where consent is required for an optional purpose, it will be requested separately.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, this shop uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits, product views, basket and checkout activity, and purchases. Purchase measurements contain a transaction reference, product identifiers, quantities and amounts. Our integration does not send your name, email, postal address, payment card details, form entries or URL query parameters to Analytics. Google processes technical information such as browser and device information when its tag is loaded.

The Google tag is loaded only after you select Allow analytics. Reject analytics keeps it off. No advertising features or Google signals are enabled by this integration. You can withdraw your choice at any time using Cookie settings; this stops further measurement and removes this integration’s Google Analytics cookies from this browser. Your choice is stored locally for up to 180 days; Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) are set for up to 180 days. Necessary shop cookies remain available regardless of your analytics choice.
